We rely on reliability and speed when shipping. In order to provide this service as best as possible, we have brought our logistics partner DHL on board.
If you placed your order by 3 p.m., you should receive the package on the next working day incl. Saturday received.
Exceptions: If orders are placed from Friday 3:00 p.m. to Monday 3:00 p.m., you will receive the packages on Tuesday.

Shipping
In order to be able to offer you the best possible service, we charge you CHF 10.00 for transport costs per order. Orders over a value of 250.00CHF are free of charge for you. The return shipments are to be handled by you and are therefore subject to a charge.
Differing Shipping Address
We will ship to any delivery address if you wish. You can enter a different delivery address when processing your order, for example if you want to give your closest friends a nice present. The recipient of the goods only receives the delivery note without the invoice.
Orders going abroad will be higher depending on the weight. The exact transport costs can be seen before completing the order.
return
You are welcome to try on ZVRICH items of clothing in peace and quiet at home (except for tights, socks and underwear). If an article does not fit you, make use of your 30-day right of return and send it back to us.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer you a direct exchange service. If you would like an item in a different color or size, please order a new one and send the original delivery back to us.
In the ZVRICH online shop, we can only accept complaints and returns of items that you have also ordered there. Please return items purchased elsewhere to the place where you bought them. Conversely, items purchased in the ZVRICH online shop cannot be returned to stationary retailers. In this case, please send your article back to us:

You can avoid transport damage by carefully packing the goods. Simply use the original packaging – also for the sake of the environment.
Important! The returned articles must be provided with the original labels and otherwise be in a condition that corresponds to normal use for testing and trying on the goods. We can no longer sell any returns with a strong smell or other signs of use. We reserve the right to assert claims for compensation.
By the way: Garment bags or other accessories are part of the product and must be returned with the item.
